How do I book a ticket?
Search your route on the Trips page, choose an operator and departure, select your seats, enter passenger details, and pay online with MTN MoMo.
How do I find my ticket without signing in?
Go to Find booking and enter the phone number or email you used when you paid. You can view trip details, download tickets, or complete a pending payment.
Can I use one account for all operators?
Yes. Your GrabTicket traveller account works across every partner operator on the marketplace.
What is a round trip?
Select round trip when searching, pick outbound and return services from the same operator, then complete seat selection for both legs before payment.
Which payment methods are accepted?
MTN Mobile Money is available today. Airtel Money and card payments are coming soon — you will see them marked on the checkout page.
My payment is still pending — what should I do?
Approve the MoMo prompt on your phone, wait a few minutes, then refresh your booking status from Find booking or the payment status page.
Who do I contact about a specific bus company?
Visit the operator's profile page for their contact details, or send us a message via Contact and we will route your enquiry.

How to book

Step-by-step guides for one-way and round-trip journeys.

One way

Single journey

  1. On Trips search, select One way.
  2. Choose From, To, date, and passengers.
  3. Pick a departure and Select seats.
  4. Enter passenger details and pay with MTN MoMo.
  5. Your e-ticket is ready to download immediately.
Round trip

Outbound + return

  1. Select Round trip and add a return date.
  2. Choose outbound and return departures from the same operator.
  3. Select seats for each leg, then enter passenger details once.
  4. Complete one payment for both journeys.
  5. Tickets for both legs appear in your booking confirmation.
